Carm joined First Capital in 2016. Carm brings over 25 years of experience leading teams that focus on negotiating real estate transactions, with major focus on commercial leasing, new store development, capital project spending and operating cost audits. He was previously the global head of lease transactions in his role as Vice President, Real Estate at a major financial institution. Prior to this role, he was the head of real estate for Walmart Canada as Senior Director, Real Estate & Development. Carm is a Harvard Business School Alumnus with a focus on Professional Leadership. Away from the office, he enjoys cycling, rock concerts, red wine, and family vacations.
