Eric joined First Capital in 2013 and has since held a number of roles in Leasing, Operations and Portfolio Management, most recently as Vice President, Yorkville. As Head of National Operations, Eric is responsible for leading the Operations and Property Management teams across the country with a focus on maximizing portfolio value, optimizing operational efficiencies, and overseeing the progression and professional growth of our Operations Team. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Certification in Retailing, Leasing, and Development from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Away from office, Eric enjoys annual white water canoe trips in the northern Ontario wilderness.
