In her role as Vice President, Development, Jennifer is responsible for the oversight of all development activities for First Capital across Canada, including the execution of entitlements for First Capital’s 24 million square foot density pipeline. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience managing a range of development projects, evaluating project financials and engaging with stakeholders. She has successfully entitled over 8 million square feet of new retail and mixed-use development across FCR’s portfolio. Outside of the office, Jenn can usually be found at home cooking, entertaining friends, and chasing after her two young children.
