Karen joined First Capital in 2005 and is responsible for the Operations Department in Central Region. In her 30-year career in Property Management, Karen has held various roles starting with Property Administrator and the most recent being the Director, Operations - Ontario GTA East for more than 10 years. She also serves as a member of the FCR ED&I Committee. When not in the office, Karen loves cooking, reading, yoga, and spending time in nature.
