Michael joined First Capital in 2017 to transform and modernize the property tax department. After introducing several efficiencies and cost savings within that department, he looked to revolutionize the CAM and Tax recoveries. Michael co-founded a platform called TenantShare and led the implementation at First Capital, which has resulted in leading-edge analytics to maximize NOI and offer a competitive advantage.
