Joined First Capital in 2019. Michele has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining First Capital, Michele was a senior executive at a major financial institution where she led human resources, sustainability, and innovation. Michele has a Masters of Science degree in Education from Niagara University in New York State and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario. She is a member of Ryerson’s Real Estate Management Advisory Council and past Chair of the Governance Committee for the Canada Green Building Council. In 2021, Michele was selected as one of Canada’s Top 50 Best Executives from the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Magazine.
