Carré Lucerne is a mixed-use centre  located in the upscale Mont Royal area of Montreal. It features anchor tenants like Provigo and Pharmaprix, and includes businesses such as Starbucks and, Scotiabank.

The centre is easy to spot from the Metropolitan Expressway, which sees heavy traffic of about 207,000 cars daily.
