This centre benefits from its convenient location just off Autoroute 10, offers excellent commuter visibility and high traffic counts of over 61,800 cars per day. This centre provides a one-stop-shopping destination to the neighbouring communities, acting as the area’s retail hub.

In June 2020, First Capital submitted an application to expand the residential density zoning in support of the growth that the area is experiencing. We’re planning for the long-term global redevelopment of this site that is ideally located within a 200 m distance from the upcoming Panama REM (light rail) Station. Panama Station will provide access to downtown Montreal in less than 15 minutes on a high frequency transit service. The City of Brossard is considering the site as part of its future town centre.

The application covers the entire property and provides for building heights ranging from 8 to 28 storeys that will allow additional density in excess of 540,000 sf in the first phase.
