Who can register?

Any CECRA eligible tenant that has a lease with FCR and pays monthly rent directly to FCR.

What if I am a sub-tenant/franchisee?

Your sub-landlord/franchisor which has a lease with FCR and pays monthly rent directly to FCR will be responsible for the FCR CECRA   submission and providing the required CECRA sub-tenant information to FCR.
