Elle joined First Capital in 2015. Elle has over 20 years of experience in accounting and audit and currently oversees the accounting, tax and financial reporting functions at First Capital. Previously, Elle was Senior Manager, Audit at Deloitte specializing in public real estate clients in Canada and the US. Elle is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
