Matt joined First Capital in 2015 and leads the Western Canada Leasing Team. He oversees all leasing activities across our properties in BC and Alberta. Matt has a proven track record of enhancing portfolio value, strengthening team performance, and delivering strategic results. Outside of work, Matt enjoys fishing, staying active, and travelling with his wife.
