Joining First Capital in 2012, Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In his role he oversees all of our financing, treasury, forecasting, analytics, and investor relations functions. Previously, Ryan worked as a Director, Finance at Gazit America, and prior worked in equity research at Macquarie Capital and Blackmont Capital. Academically, Ryan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and has an MBA from Schulich School of Business. Ryan enjoys playing soccer and basketball with his kid during the weekends.
