With over 25 years of experience in retail, office, and industrial leasing and development on behalf of both landlords and tenants, Terry oversees our entire central leasing portfolio. Joining First Capital in 2016, he was previously the Director of Leasing at Morguard Investments Ltd. and prior to that was a commercial broker at Cushman & Wakefield. Terry is also a University of Toronto alumni, graduating with a degree in Urban Geography. Outside of the office, Terry enjoys soccer and has a passion for cooking southern barbeque.
