Located in Liberty Village, one of Toronto’s most vibrant and lively neighbourhoods, is the up-and-coming 1071 King Street West. This proposed mixed-use development, features over 300,000 sf of purpose-built residential, and 5,000+ sf of retail commercial space at grade. The 14-storey residential element is designed by BDP Quadrangle for Hullmark and First Capital.

The building’s unique flatiron-shaped design includes an extension of the West Toronto Railpath passing through its ground level. Situated along the bustling King Street TTC streetcar line, it is easily accessible for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles (transit-oriented). We’re very excited about this development and are pleased to contribute to the growth of the Liberty Village neighbourhood.
