In November 2022, FCR filed a Rezoning application for the first phase of redevelopment for our Midland Lawrence Plaza property.
The proposal contemplates two elegant residential towers being 35 and 25 storeys in height, each with an 8 storey podium, and includes a total of 773 dwelling units and 769 square metres of at grade retail space.
The proposal also contemplates a central POPS that will be programmed for both residents and community use along with the conveyance of a public park on the north side of the property creating a natural buffer to the town homes located on the north side of the property. The proposal will maintain the existing FreshCo.
